About Shailaja

I started my journey as a mother of a child with Autism, became a special educator to help my child. I wanted to understand deeper, so is my journey with RDI. Fascinated with the results seen in my child after undergoing RDI parent training program, I went on to become a Certified RDI Consultant.

Treating Individuals with respect and dignity are the keystones of my practice. The emphasis is on empowering parents to support their children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, build better relationships and to use social communication effectively.

It is a great pleasure, privilege and enriching learning experience to work with such families and uncover the child’s best potential. I eagerly look forward to closely working with more families.
